As the Art Director at ThriveDX, I led the creation of the Brandbook, a comprehensive guide, designed to centralize all branding, visual, and strategic guidelines within the company.
This document was developed both as an internal resource for the studio team— for training, to streamline workflows, maintain high design standards, and to hold all web modules and used graphic elements—and as a brand center for the entire organization.
The Brandbook serves as a single source of truth for all creative processes at ThriveDX, providing clear, structured guidance for departments across the company. Covering UI/UX, web design, motion graphics, accessibility, and university collaborations, it ensures consistency, clarity, and alignment with the company’s vision. Beyond design, it enhances cross-departmental collaboration, improves onboarding efficiency, and empowers teams to make informed creative decisions that align with strategic goals.

Design Strategy
A strategic framework for student communication, aligning content and visuals with key stages of their journey to enhance clarity, engagement, and relevance.

Web Guidelines & Module Kit
A refined framework for landing pages, ensuring optimal performance, clear messaging, and a seamless user experience.
The Web Module Kit is a key addition I have introduced to the Studio's workflow. It streamlines page creation with a library of pre-designed, fully working and responsive component layouts while allowing for flexibility in page design. It ensures consistency, usability, and better teamwork consistency, making it easier for teams to build high-performing digital experiences.
The web & email Kits, combining with UI Kits that we build for each university, dramatically reduced turnaround times, cutting page rebranding from half a day to just 30 minutes.

Brand Guidelines
The set of rules and guidelines defining the graphic tone and style of the branding, inspired by tech, cybersecurity, and web development to ensure a clean, professional, and cohesive visual identity aligned with ThriveDX’s mission.
Additional Chapters
Universities 101 provides a detailed guide to each partnered university, covering branding rules, color palettes, and best practices for collaboration. A dedicated section ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines across all university collaborations.
Language of Design serves as a glossary of essential design terms, bridging communication gaps between designers and other teams. Lastly, the Assets Map outlines the full creative workflow—from research and design to feedback and final production—offering clarity on how every asset is developed within the studio.
