Eugenio Robaina Reiter Global CMO & CGO | Growth Architect January 31, 2026 If there’s one thing that consistently defined Mor’s leadership, it was care, for her people, her craft, and the quality of what left the door. Mor led ThriveDX’s creative/design organization during periods of both hyper growth and profitability sprints. She managed a large, distributed team across regions and time zones, and did so with a level of empathy and steadiness that teams genuinely felt. She was deeply supportive of her team prioritizing their development, well-being, and long-term success, not just output, and that trust showed up in both morale and delivery. From a craft perspective, Mor brings a sophisticated design sensibility. She thinks conceptually first, grounding work in philosophy, brand, and intent, before moving into execution. She has strong range across styles and formats, and knows how to translate abstract ideas into concrete, shippable work. Importantly, she could flex: delivering thoughtful, complex projects when time allowed, and moving fast without losing coherence when the business demanded speed. At ThriveDX, where demand generation was core to the business, Mor’s work sat at the intersection of brand, performance, and scale. She partnered closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams, communicated clearly across functions, and stayed hands-on with the tools and technologies that power modern creative workflows. She was proactive, self-driven, and constantly experimenting, testing new approaches, improving processes, and pushing her team to evolve. Mor is a people-first creative leader with strong judgment, high standards, and a real sense of responsibility for both her team and the work they put into the world. Any organization looking for a thoughtful, empathetic head of design or full-stack creative leader would be better for having her.
